course attendance

The Zarziskite kitesurfing courses are open to anyone who meets the requirements below. The participant expressly declares that from a medical point of view there are no objections to participation. The participation becomes effective when we have received the signed registration form or the booking via online registration form. After receipt of the registration/down payment you will receive a confirmation of participation with information on the start of the course, arrival and equipment. The participant accepts the prices for our kite courses which are valid at the time of registration.

Terms of payment/Down payment

After registration a deposit of half the course fee per person is due. The deposit will be transferred to our bank account. The balance is due immediately before the start of the course. Withdrawal/Reposting

Withdrawal from the booked course is possible at any time. Cancellation of an agreement must be made in writing. The cancellation fee for a confirmed kite course is 50 Euro, but the cancellation fee will be deducted when the course starts at a later date.

Changes in the course of the course

Changes in the share price due to weather conditions cannot always be ruled out. If it is not possible to carry out the practical part (e.g. too strong wind or too little wind), a credit note will be issued.

Liability

We are liable within the scope of our duty of care for the conscientious execution of theoretical and practical training. Participation in the training is at your own risk. We assume no liability for the loss or damage of private surf and kite equipment, as well as neoprene, harness, wardrobe and valuables.

Training conditions / Equipment

The instructions of the responsible teacher must be followed. The agreed training times must be observed. Each student helps to assemble and disassemble the training equipment. The equipment is made available to the students free of charge for the duration of the course. In any case, it must be treated with care and returned to the instructor personally. In the event of loss of or damage to the equipment, the learner shall be liable for its current value or equivalent replacement. In the event of improper conduct which endangers the reputation or integrity of the participant or the organiser, a participant may be expelled from the course after warning. The course fee will not be refunded in this case.

Course participants under age

The registration of underage course participants is made by the parent or guardian. The parent or guardian declares that the participant can swim in deep water for 15 minutes. Furthermore, that no physical defects are known which could impair the practice of kitesurfing. Participation in the courses is at your own risk. The participant is liable for any loss or damage of the equipment.
